So I went to the dr yesterday since I have been having some kidney pain as well as lower back pain along with frequent and darker colored urine...my immediate thought was well it's just a UTI. So I went in for a UA and the nurse tells me that there is no protein in my urine and there are no white blood cells (leukocytes) either (which is what would rule out UTI) BUT there is red blood cells and she said it was really concentrated, which is not good. They are going to send the urine in to be cultured and starting me on an antibiotic. They said it could be a possible that my kidneys are not filtering or working properly. I honestly hope it's just something like a kidney stone or something like that (since that is a possibility too). They don't want to do any further testing (besides the culture) until they see if the antibiotics get rid of the pain. So at this point I am pretty worried about it, but there is nothing I can do except take the meds and hope and pray for the best. I am not too thrilled with how my Dr. is handling this, but I also don't have any other options at this point :/
Other than that I am on CD14 today and still waiting to O. Nothing more really to update ;) Hope everyone is doing ok ;)
